Bangers and Mash
Little Jim's sausage and mash variation.
Ingredients:
- Sausages, at least three each
- Chopped onion
- Beef stock or tin of vegetable soup
- Mashed potatoes. (Peel, slice, boil until soft, mash with milk and butter.)
- Tin of mixed vegetables
Instructions:
Fry the sausages in a little oil, add the onion and cook until soft. Add the stock or the tin of soup, or the tin of mixed vegetables (with the stock, but not the soup.) Serve with the mashed potatoes.
