Butter icing

Little Jim's butter icing recipe - goes well with Birthday Cake

Ingredients:

• You can use less butter and a small amount of evaporated milk instead to make it less fatty.
• 3 oz soft butter or margarine
• 6 oz icing sugar
• Few drops of vanilla essence

Instructions:

Place fat in bowl and beat until soft and creamy. Gradually add the icing sugar with the milk and the vanilla essence until the mixture is soft and fluffy. You can add sifted cocoa powder to taste to make a chocolate butter icing.
