Oat Biscuits
Makes approximately 20 biscuits.
Ingredients:
- 5oz plain flour
- 5oz margarine
- 5oz castor sugar
- 4oz oats
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Instructions:
Cream the margarine and sugar together. Then add the milk, bicarb and syrup. Stir in the flour and oats.
Roll the mixture into walnut sized balls and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven for 25mins at 180°C/350°F/Gas mk4.
