Raspberry Mess

My own adaptation of the recipe for 'Eton Mess' that's made with strawberries. - from RAH

Instructions:

Whip 1 large pot double cream or double Elmlea. Crumble 1 pack of meringue nests into the cream. Stir in 2 packs or more of fresh raspberries [frozen don't work as they bleed everywhere and are the wrong texture] Enjoy!
