What's been going on?

Some pictures from Pewter's birthday / retirement fest

What with Pewter wanting to embrace his retirement as a new phase of his life, it seemed like a good idea to burn his favourite socks!
Note that the pictures form a slideshow, which may need some time to display.

Of course there was more to the fest than just burning the man's socks! He had a few gifts to open too.

Everyone looks on, mesmerized by the opening of the presents (or are they just in an alcoholic daze?).

As the day progressed there came a time when it seemed like a good idea to all have a drink from the "Horn of Girth".

You can see that drinking from the Horn had no effect whatsoever, and everyone remained as sober as judges as night fell!

A few hardy souls carried on lurching around the fire well in to the night.
