Sophie's Pages: 3-6 months
Week 14
Sophie's first walk in her new backpack carrier. She is just about big enough and strong enough to use it, but she could do with being a bit bigger. She can't have been too uncomfortable though - she managed to fall asleep! Thanks to Baz for selling it on to us, it is a very comfortable (for me anyway!) way of carrying her. At clinic Sophie weighs in at 4.55kg - the 10lb mark! We reckon that her height is now about 59cm.
Week 15
Sophie's first Bonfire Night - here she is on her way out to see the fireworks, which she enjoyed!
Week 16
At clinic Sophie weighs in at 4.66kg (10lb 4oz), the weight gain is a bit low because Sophie has had a bit of a cold recently - but she seems fine now at the weekend. Sophie is much stronger, and can sit up quite happily when her lower back is supported.
Week 17
Sophie's first "solid" food (baby rice). The signs were there that Sophie might be ready for solid food - and she loved it!
Week 18
Sophie has continued to enjoy her solid foods, which now include banana and carrot.
Week 19
Sophie goes to visit Auntie Sonia and Uncle James. It doen't matter which side of the family they come from, Sophie's Aunts and Uncles are always a bad influence!

Week 20
Sophie is invited to her first party - Hannah's first birthday. Sophie wins the game of pass the parcel!
Week 21
Sophie had a great time at the family Christmas pub walk - as we all did. Sophie's first time in a high-chair, ready for her pub lunch!
Week 22
Here is Sophie opening her first ever Christmas present - but she was more interested in the paper than the contents!
Week 23
Four generations of formidable females! Celebrating Helen's birthday on New Year's Day. We measured Sophie's height at 62cm.
Week 24
Sophie enjoys playing with her peek-a-block truck from Nanny Jim and Grumps. Sophie now weighs in at 12lb 10oz!
Week 25
Sophie is unsure what to make of her first visit to a climbing wall!
Week 26
Sophie goes to visit Nanny Jim and Grumps for her six month birthday, and celebrates with her first finger food - rusks. Sophie now weighs in at 13lb!
Week 27
Sophie's first sight of snow.
